Previously, Ken reviewed an e-book titled "The Truth About Six Pack
Abs" where he mentioned that I would be trying out the exercises
mentioned in the book. Well, I have been doing them for the past 2
weeks, just to see whet results I get. Here's what happened.
The Exercises The exercises are divided into 8 levels where each stages there are a number of exercises and the number of repetitions you have to do. As you progresses through the levels, the number of exercise and repetitions will be more and more till you finally earn your six packs.
It's interesting to note that in the book, it's mentioned that your
six pack abs will present themselves automatically when your body fat
reaches around 8%. But anyway, for now let me talk about the first level, since it's the level I have been doing. The level comprises of these exercises:
Level 1
Well, I can show you all the exercises, how they are done, but it
might annoyingly fill up thescreen.
Basically those were the exercises I did 3 times a week for 2 weeks. The book recommended doing these exercise 3 times a week to avoid overstressing themuscles and to allow the muscles to repair properly. Results Unfortunately after the 2 weeks were up, I did not achieve any significant weight loss which I believe partially because of the open houses I went to (after all it was still raya at that time) and partially I missed out a few important details ofthe exercise program, according to the e-book, of course.
