I read this article about taxis in Malaysia rated "The worst in the world" in MSN news and I find it quite interesting, although not shocking.
My opinion is, this is partially caused by the unreliablity of public transport leaving people, mainly tourist, no other choice.

I have. On several occassions.
It's very tempting when you are approached with an offer too good to be true; you suddenly won a large sum of cash, a home theater system, electronic gadgets and so forth.

We at cekikdarah.com are very sure that most of us have had somebody approach us with a plan/proposal that yields unbelievably high return on our investment. The zeros are indeed tempting.
