Buddhist monk predicting 4D numbers?

Ever since I was studying in University, I periodicly recieved mail that about a monk somewhere up north that can predict 4D numbers. Unsurprisingly, I’m starting to recieve these flyers again here in KL.

I’m not quite sure about the stance of buddhism on gambling, but I heard that it is not condoned. Which means that there is a syndicate using monks to promote whatever scam they are scheming.

Not quite sure how they operate though. Anyone who has experience with this scam, if it is even a scam, please do share.
