Chevy Volt: A Good Solution to Green Driving?

Here is a review of the new 2011 Chevy Volt, very pretty car indeed, even though interior looks a bit “bland” even with the gadgets in the dashboard. Price : USD40K.  Judging from the review below, do you think you would be willing to buy the Chevy Volt, or other range extender hybrid cars once it comes to Malaysia? Is it worth what you are paying for? Please tell me what you think.

well, sekarang ni kereta hybrid tak kena duti eksis, so tu yang kita tgk Honda Insight tu murah semacam je. Tapi kalau tak silap, samada tahun depan atau tahun berikutnya, gomen akan kaji balik tax untuk kereta hybrid, so by then akan naik balik lah harga hybrid.

but usually beli kereta hybrid ni tak semestinya jimat, sebab ia still mahal berbanding kereta yang sewaktu dgnnya. Biasanya ambil masa beberapa tahun baru boleh nampak penjimatannya. So, kalau nak beli, biarlah ikhlas kerana environment…kalau letak expectations terlalu tinggi, hampa.

Finally, YES has launched a smartphone for it’s 4G network that has a fighting chance to compete on the market, however, a first look at the response is somewhat disappointing. First of all, here is the advert of the Eclipse phone : Since I first used YES 4G I have been really looking forward

Stop Lynas To Save Malaysia??!

Stop Lynas To Save Malaysia??!(2)

From the very beginning I had reservations about the whole “Stop Lynas, Save Malaysia” Campaign. For one, it was heavily politicized and you know when that happens, truth is the first sacrifice. The depressing thing is, the Opposition and the government are saying two contradicting things. One saying its as dangerous as nukes, the other

Of CELCOM, Blue Cube Pavilion KL & the iPhone 4(3)

In an earlier post for CekikDarah’s SCAM Prevention Education Series, I mentioned about not having my iPhone 4. This post is about that. I’ve been a CELCOM customer since 2000, back when I was using the most durable handphone of all time – Nokia 3310. Over the years I’ve stuck with CELCOM. I’ve had several
